The plans

Starting prices for typical single-family properties; larger lots and heavy plant coverage quoted after a free walkthrough. Month-to-month — no long contracts. Seasonal add-ons (pre-emergent weed treatment, irrigation checks, fall leaf cleanup) priced per visit.

Every visit includes

Lawns mowed and edged where present · weeds pulled or treated before they take over · a quick eye on your drip system every visit · shrub shaping and low-tree touch-ups · walks, patios, and entries blown clean · gravel raked back to presentable · trash and debris removed and legally disposed of · a quick photo report when we're done, so landlords and out-of-town owners can see it without driving by.
